Brand manager

A vacant position of brand manager has appeared in the marketing communications team. This specialist will work on strengthening the distribution of the XAG brand.
The key role of the brand manager is the full management of the XAG brand: development of a development strategy, expansion of market presence, search for new opportunities and channels.


Product analysis and creation of strategies for its development.
Working with the sales team, training partner network specialists.
Initiation and coordination of marketing and communication projects.
Working with opinion leaders, test driving products, conducting pilot projects and trials.
Control and accounting of flow.
Communication with brand vendors.
Continuous search for additional areas of product growth.
Participation in demos, organization of demonstration trips, presentations for end customers, dealers.
Preparation of presentation materials for product lines.

Desire to work in the field of agricultural robotics and unmanned solutions.
Experience of 5 years or more in the position of a brand manager or in the field of marketing with average functionality and similar positions.
Education - economic, technical or even agronomic.
Experience in organizing the work of network distributors.
English – Intermediate + (frequent/constant communication with representatives of the parent company).
Understanding the agricultural market, seasonality, peculiarities of agriculture in Ukraine.
Practical experience with presentations, ability to share knowledge (teach).
Additional education/courses in marketing and sales are welcome.
The ability to form a strategy for promoting the product to the market, to understand the product in depth.
Analytical abilities, the ability to concentrate on details, attentiveness, initiative.
Confident PC user, working at a high level with data tables (Excel, Google Sheets).
Excellent communication skills and a "team player" mentality.
A systematic approach to work.
Driving experience/driver's license.
Readiness for business trips - during the agricultural season (visits to farms, demo fields, etc.).
