We are looking for a consultant-receiver of the EcoFlow service center to join our team.

Interaction with customers is not just an important part of business. It is the lifeblood of any company, and we believe in its quality. What needs to be done:  

  • Receiving calls and greeting customers.
  • Advising clients on the estimated cost, configuration and other details of their requests.
  • Maintaining documentation and preliminary execution of contracts for equipment maintenance.
  • Supporting customers from the initial request to the delivery of finished products and subsequent control.
  • Constant communication with engineers on the status of repairs and work.
  • Delivery of repaired equipment to customers and control of warranty replacements.
  • Maintaining reporting and related documentation.

Our expectations:  

  • Successful experience as a service center administrator or support specialist - from 2 years.
  • Interest in working with machinery and electronics, as well as other technological solutions.
  • Basic understanding of robotics and its functions.
  • Confident knowledge of PC and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of 1C for creating counterparties, invoicing and certificates of completion.
  • English at the level of reading and understanding is an advantage.
  • Customer focus and ability to work in a team.
  • Analytical skills and decision-making ability.
  • Openness, sociability and positive attitude to life.

Working hours: our team works from 9:00 to 18:00 every day from Monday to Friday.
