We are looking for a qualified, proactive and passionate recruiter who will help attract talented professionals to our DroneUA team. Who is not afraid and knows how to work in the "crazy" rhythm of the company's development, who is ready for development and independently "keeps his finger on the pulse" in self-study.

Duties:

Active search for personnel — high-quality and timely closing of vacancies.
Writing/posting vacancies using various methods/channels/approaches to proactively seek and attract specialists.
Feedback processing and analysis.
Conducting negotiations with candidates regarding open vacancies.
Conducting initial telephone interviews.
Organization of interviews and independent conducting of the first interviews.
Providing feedback to candidates.
Formation of external and internal personnel reserve.
Participation in the adaptation of new employees.
Support of the company's corporate culture.
Keeping records of your work.
Key Hard and Soft Skills:

Sociability - you easily find a common language with new people and do not hesitate to write to them twice.
Multitasking and flexibility, resistance to stress - the pool can have more than 30 candidates at different stages at the same time, you are the one who remembers and responds to each of them.
Analytical thinking - you love to analyze data, collect facts and make decisions based on them.
Focus on development - you know different platforms and methods of candidate search better than anyone else. You are always in search and study of new solutions, services, methods and processes of finding the best of the best.
Effectiveness is the readiness to build one's tasks in accordance with the global goals of the team and the company as a whole.
Responsibility and independence — readiness to take responsibility and adhere to agreements.
Proactivity is the ability to set goals and work towards their achievement.
Requirements:

Work experience in recruiting from 2 years.
Successful experience in mass. heels
Understanding of various channels and tools for searching for specialists, experience in searching for "cold" candidates and using non-trivial approaches.
Understanding the types, types and methods of conducting interviews. Practical experience of conducting interviews.
Ability to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
Systematicity and organization.
