Participation in the formation of the strategy for the development of the dealer sales channel.
Sales planning in terms of assortment and partners.
Development of long-term partnerships with key partners.
Control and analysis of the main management indicators of work in the direction.
Building and developing an effective B2B sales team.
Participation in the development of proposals to improve the work of the sales department.
Participation together with the marketing department in the development and implementation of tools to increase brand recognition and loyalty in the online and offline environment.
Participation in the implementation of process optimization and automation (1C, Bitrix, etc.).
Training, mentoring, team motivation.
Building effective communications between units.
Document flow control in the department.

The availability of management experience and organization of sales in the direction of a dealer network from 3 years.
Experience of cooperation with national trade operators and large dealer companies.
Experience of conducting complex negotiations, experience of interaction with clients/partners at the first-person level.
Experience in managing a team of 10 or more people.
Practical management skills (delegation, control of task setting and control of results).
Adaptability (ability to manage change/flexibility).
Leadership potential, healthy ambitions, a systematic approach to solving complex tasks.
