As the team continues to grow, DroneUA is looking for a Customer Support Manager (Remote) — a specialist who will serve as the first point of contact between customers and the company. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly navigate tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of customer service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls;
  • Provide consultative support regarding the company's products and services;
  • Process orders and manage customer inquiries;
  • Communicate with customers via chat and email;
  • Coordinate and route requests to the appropriate departments;
  • Work with internal systems and CRM platforms;
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all stages of interaction.

This Role Is a Good Fit for Someone Who

  • Has at least 6 months of experience in a contact center or customer support role;
  • Possesses strong communication skills;
  • Can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Demonstrates responsibility and follows through on commitments;
  • Learns new products and processes quickly;
  • Is comfortable using digital tools and online communication platforms;
  • Thrives in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher;
  • Experience working with CRM systems;
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve non-standard situations efficiently.

Work Schedule

  • Remote position;
  • Schedule: 5 days per week;
  • Working hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
