As the team continues to grow, DroneUA is looking for a Customer Support Manager (Remote) — a specialist who will serve as the first point of contact between customers and the company. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly navigate tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of customer service in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls;
- Provide consultative support regarding the company's products and services;
- Process orders and manage customer inquiries;
- Communicate with customers via chat and email;
- Coordinate and route requests to the appropriate departments;
- Work with internal systems and CRM platforms;
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all stages of interaction.
This Role Is a Good Fit for Someone Who
- Has at least 6 months of experience in a contact center or customer support role;
- Possesses strong communication skills;
- Can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Demonstrates responsibility and follows through on commitments;
- Learns new products and processes quickly;
- Is comfortable using digital tools and online communication platforms;
- Thrives in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve non-standard situations efficiently.

Work Schedule
- Remote position;
- Schedule: 5 days per week;
- Working hours: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM.
