How the program works 

Citizens of Ukraine who share the values of development, technological innovation, and a professional approach can participate in the program. 

The participation process is simple: 

  • filling out the form on the website;  

  • receiving a unique referral code;  

  • sharing the code with a potential candidate;  

  • the candidate going through the selection stages;  

  • payment of the reward after the successful completion of the probation period.  

Reward amount 

Several reward levels are предусмотрed depending on the candidate’s position: 

  • UAH 5,000 — for entry-level specialists;  

  • UAH 7,500 — for mid-level specialists;  

  • UAH 10,000 — for managers and highly specialised experts.  

Additional incentives are also available for the most active participants, including special recognition and bonus initiatives.
