We are looking for an expert to lead the strategic direction of human resources management in a company ranked among the Top 20 most technologically advanced businesses in Ukraine and actively expanding in the U.S. market.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- developing and implementing the HR strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives;
- managing core HR functions: Recruitment, HR Brand, Event Management, Performance & Knowledge Assessment, HR Administration;
- developing systems for planning, control, and analytics of HR processes and personnel record management;
- optimizing employee retention and engagement processes;
- advancing the DroneUA employer brand at industry and educational events;
- organizing internal corporate initiatives aimed at strengthening corporate culture.
Candidate requirements include:
- at least 2 years of experience as an HR Director / Head of HR / HR Business Partner in technology companies;
- practical experience in managing an HR team and building comprehensive HR systems;
- deep understanding of recruitment, C&B, L&D, HR branding, performance evaluation, and HR analytics processes;
- experience in HR process automation and working with HR CRM systems;
- high level of communication culture, systematic approach, strategic and analytical thinking, and well-developed leadership skills.
