As part of its expansion, DroneUA is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle—from vendor procurement to market presence, sales, profitability, and customer service. 

Area of Responsibility 

Product and Procurement Management (core responsibilities): 

  • monitoring the availability of key SKUs and preventing out-of-stock situations;  
  • analyzing inventory levels, turnover, and dead stock;  
  • developing data-driven procurement strategies (sell-out, margin, inventory turnover); 
  • managing pricing: list prices, margins, and responses to market dynamics and competitors;  
  • planning promotional activities and discount policies.  

Working with Vendors: 

  • communicating regarding products, updates, and terms of cooperation;  
  • securing marketing resources and access to new products;  
  • developing partnerships and improving commercial terms.  

Sales Support (advisory rolenot a managerial one): 

  • providing product expertise to the sales team;  
  • preparing sales pitches and solutions for complex deals;  
  • contributing to commercial approaches without directly managing sales.  

Marketing and Brand Development (advisory role): 

  • defining brand development directions in the market;  
  • participating in product launches, demonstrations, and presentations;  
  • identifying marketing needs and coordinating their implementation. 

Service and Customer Experience: 

  • interaction with the after-sales service team;  
  • monitoring the quality of the customer experience within the division.  

Requirements: 

  • experience in product/category management, procurement, or distribution;  
  • experience managing product assortment, inventory, pricing, and margins;  
  • analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions;  
  • ability to take responsibility for the division’s financial results;  
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;  
  • English — Upper-Intermediate+ (working with international vendors and the U.S. market);  
  • willingness to work a schedule that overlaps with the U.S. time zone (approximately 12:00 PM–9:00 PM), with occasional meetings outside regular working hours;  
  • systematic approach, strategic thinking, and quick decision-making.  

The following would be an advantage: 

  • experience in robotics, drones, energy, or additive manufacturing technologies;  
  • experience with multi-brand distribution models;  
  • experience working across multiple markets (Ukraine / international markets).  

KPIs: 

  • in-stock rate for key SKUs;  
  • sales volume and channel growth;  
  • product margins and inventory turnover;  
  • dead stock level;  
  • brand growth in the market.
