DroneUA is opening a vacancy for a Service Center Reception Consultant — a specialist who will become a key link in the interaction between the client and the EcoFlow service infrastructure.

We are looking for a specialist who understands the value of high-quality communication, works systematically, and can represent the company as professionally as our engineering products do.
Responsibilities include:
- receiving requests, greeting clients, and logging inquiries;
- consulting on service cost, equipment, and technical service details;
- preliminary preparation of contracts and accompanying documentation;
- managing the customer case — from the initial request to the delivery of the serviced equipment;
- coordination with service center engineers regarding repair statuses;
- handing over repaired devices, warranty case control;
- maintaining records and related documentation.
We are looking for a specialist with:
- at least 2 years of experience in a service center or support department;
- interest in electronics and modern tech solutions;
- understanding of the operating principles of electronic devices and robotics;
- proficiency in PC and MS Office;
- experience with accounting systems for creating contractors, issuing invoices, and service reports — an advantage;
- soft skills such as client orientation, responsibility, and teamwork readiness.
