Technological developments and cutting-edge solutions are rapidly transforming the modern labour market, creating new challenges for professionals in various fields. The widespread use of artificial intelligence, automation, digitalisation and robotics not only change the qualification requirements for both young and experienced professionals, but also create new industries and career opportunities. In this context, cooperation between businesses and educational institutions helps to provide the market with specialists with in-demand skills adapted to the challenges of the future. Taken together, this creates a solid foundation for sustainable economic development, ensuring synergy between business needs and the training of the next generation of specialists.

In an effort to ensure competitiveness in the global market, the educational sector, in cooperation with business, is actively adapting curricula to the needs of the modern labour market. One of the key areas of this transformation is the training of qualified personnel for the modern agricultural sector, in particular, agrodrones operators.

Therefore, on 20 December 2024, DroneUA signed a memorandum of cooperation with the State Educational Institution “Odesa Centre for Vocational Education”, which will open up new opportunities for students to study in accordance with the trends in modern agriculture and provide access to the latest achievements in precision agriculture.

The signing of the DroneUA memorandum with the “Odesa Centre for Vocational Education” will allow for highly qualified training in the following specialisations:

- farmers

- farmers' assistants;

- operators of remotely piloted unmanned aerial vehicles in agriculture.

It is noteworthy that the “Odesa Centre for Vocational Education” is a powerful centre for training qualified personnel among specialists who need retraining and make a conscious choice in favour of a profession that is of great relevance, especially in the southern region of Ukraine. Thanks to its considerable resources and ambitions, the centre plans to expand and scale its capabilities to create a modern material and technical base. DroneUA's decade-long experience in integrating unmanned solutions and high expertise will ensure high-quality education and practical training for teaching staff and future specialists, which will contribute to the development of the region's economy and the country as a whole.

By signing a memorandum with DroneUA, the “Odesa Centre for Vocational Education” will be able to introduce innovative methods backed by the experience of effective curriculum reform in the most popular areas. This partnership will allow future specialists to gain not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience with innovative technologies, which will significantly increase their competitiveness in the labour market.

DroneUA is grateful to the “Odesa Centre for Vocational Education” for initiating cooperation and expanding educational opportunities in training highly qualified specialists who will contribute to the modernisation of Ukraine's agricultural sector in a globally competitive environment.
