On July 12, 2018, DroneUA took part in the first specialized conference “Fruit growing. Modern trends." The organizers of the event — company "Pro Agro Group" in partnership with ORSP Stolichny.
The purpose of the conference — establish a dialogue between companies by creating a civilized meeting place for supply and demand in Kyiv; discuss the most problematic and pressing issues in the fruit growing market and help agricultural producers and processors minimize their logistics to B2B buyers in the chain “from the field &mdash” to the table."
Drones to help gardeners
Drones – one of the new and most modern tools for increasing the efficiency of gardening activities. Representatives of the DroneUA company shared their experience on how to use unmanned platforms and services in gardening. Participants of the event were introduced to the leaders of the global Agricultural Innovation market. Visitors learned about the possibilities and universal solutions for agriculture using Parrot Bluegrass and Parrot DISCO -PRO AG drones. In a special demo area they saw equipment from leading innovators in the field of unmanned technologies: DJI, DroneDeploy, MicaSense.
How can drones be used in fruit growing:
Drones – Drones are the source of accurate information about the state of plantings. They provide the opportunity to take high-quality aerial photography, as a result of which you can not only create a digital map of plantings, which will indicate the exact boundaries of land use, but also obtain data on the condition of soils, plantings, moisture levels, etc.
Of course, another important component of the quality development of plantings is the use of plant protection products, the application of which is very effective and safer using UAVs.
