Given the difficult situation and risks for business, private enterprise in Ukraine continues to maintain the economic strength, creating new job opportunities and facilitating both internal and external exchange of goods and services. At the same time, constant challenges create a need for established routines and support programs to sustain, preserve, and increase the number of private employees. Therefore, on May 15, 2024, the DroneUA Group took part in the online workshop 'Unveiling Entrepreneurial Potential in Ukraine', where it discussed the role of small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine's recovery. Together with leading experts, they explored prospects and outlined the country's business future.
"For the past 10 years, DroneUA has been working on creating entrepreneurial ecosystems, partnerships, and market development. Communities and entrepreneurs, especially those involved in innovative technologies, play a crucial role in rebuilding the country, creating new jobs, and attracting investments to Ukraine. Looking ahead, we anticipate a significant shortage of labor resources. Therefore, it is imperative to invest time in developing a business ecosystem capable of increasing employment opportunities in key industries for the country's recovery," - Valery Yakovenko, CEO and founder of FarmFleet, DroneUA.
DroneUA expresses its gratitude to TechUkraine and the ExcellEnt Project for organizing the event, as well as to Ukrainian and foreign colleagues for their assistance in covering important topics: Nataliya Veremeeva, Director of TechUkraine; Victoria Strokan, Marketing Director at SET University; Margarita Chernyshova, Head of the Communications and Partnerships Department at YEP; Oleksandra Boguslavska, CEO and Founder of Data Science UA; Paul Stefanut, CEO and Founder of Booster Labs; Tunde Kallai, an Independent Consultant at Creative Valley; and Denitsa Stoilova, Senior Business Development Manager at GATE Institute.
