The DroneUA company took part in the Grain Storage Forum Elevator 2021 – the largest event in the grain storage, processing, trading and logistics market in Ukraine. The forum was held on May 25 at the Event Hall Obolon in Kyiv.
As part of the forum, for the first time, the unmanned technologies of XAG - the No. 1 producer of agricultural drones in the world - were presented to Ukrainian farmers. The participants of the event personally got acquainted with the most productive spraying drones XAG XP2020, the effectiveness of which has already been repeatedly confirmed during work in the fields.
A furor among farmers was caused by a practical demonstration of the XAG R150 robotic machine, which is capable not only of spraying trees, but also of mowing and transporting goods.
A real surprise for the participants of the event was the video address of the co-founder of the XAG company, Justin Gong, who opened a round table dedicated to the implementation of the latest technologies in the grain market.
Mr. Gong expressed his vision for cooperation with representatives of the Ukrainian agricultural sector: "We believe that innovative technologies can be the key to solving problems. In the near future, repetitive and boring work will be transferred to agricultural robots. Artificial intelligence will help farmers make any decisions. Customers and manufacturers will be connected by a digital infrastructure. We are ready to make these changes and look forward to teaming up with you for a common mission."
Also, during the forum, DroneUA presented an instant soil analysis scanner AgroCares, which allows determining soil fertility directly in the field in real time. In addition, ProGrunt technologies were presented - the most modern laboratory in Ukraine for soil analysis with results in just 48 hours.
Grain Storage Forum Elevator 2021 was full of productive meetings. DroneUA co-founder Valery Yakovenko discussed with ex-acting Minister of Agrarian Policy Olga Trofimtseva, the prospects for the development and spread of unmanned technologies in Ukrainian farms.
Mrs. Olga noted that drones are modern agro. They are capable of solving the challenges currently facing farmers, namely: ensuring food security in a climate-adapted sector with a high level of productivity and minimal impact on the environment.
In total, five thematic conferences took place within the framework of the forum - "Grain Storage 2021", "Trading and Logistics 2021", "Forage Forum", "Deep Processing of Grains", "Taxes, Accounting, Law of Grain Storage and Processing Enterprises". The event gathered about 1,000 participants. The organizers were ProAgro Group and the Ukrainian Grain Association.
Elevator 2021 once again showed that Ukraine is keeping up with the times. Ukrainian farmers are already ready to implement robotic innovative solutions of XAG and DroneUA.
