As part of It-Corner 2019, a presentation of the flagship model of the Phantom 4 multispectral drone from DJI will take place at the AgroComplex exhibition. This drone is intended exclusively for agriculture. It comes with a pre-installed multispectral camera to monitor vegetation indices and create maps of biomass distribution across the field. This is the first DJI multispectral solution that is supplied to the Ukrainian market, which will be presented as part of It-Corner.
At the moment, several agricultural holdings in Ukraine have already placed pre-orders for new drones. The new drone will be designed both for carrying out measuring work and for performing precision farming tasks. The P4 Multispectral model comes with a high-precision GPS receiver with RTK technology, which allows you to obtain image and resulting material accuracy up to one centimeter, and also provides the ability to carry out ultra-precise measurement work with the creation of field relief maps.
A special feature of the new drone is the possibility of simultaneous use with other agricultural drones for spraying, in particular with Agras drones.
As part of the exhibition, a new operating logic for agricultural drones will be presented. During one visit, a team of drone operators will scan the field, identify problem areas for applying plant protection products, and simultaneously create routes for spraying drones, which will fly immediately after the first drone takes off. Thus, the speed of agricultural operations will be reduced and logistics costs will be reduced. Already now, the integrated use of drones in agriculture makes it possible to reduce the cost of using technologies to a level corresponding to the classical application of plant protection products using trailed or self-propelled sprayers. At the same time, the accuracy of application is higher and there are no passes of machinery in the fields, allowing you to save up to 4% of the future harvest.
It is at It-Corner 2019 that the Drone.UA company seeks to transfer a unique new product from DJI into the hands of farmers and agronomists working in agriculture to help them manage their land resources more efficiently. Come and try the new ultra-precise drone P4 Multispectral on October 29-31 at the IEC! It will be spectacular!
