The most important tasks to be performed – carrying out search operations with the study of the underwater bottom, inspections of the underwater parts of structures and structures. The equipment is designed to perform underwater work and is already used in the work of law enforcement agencies.
The first challenges faced by DroneUA specialists – searching for bodies of those killed in accidents. During 2019, DroneUA specialists performed more than 20 dives of underwater drones in the Kyiv and Kirovograd regions for these tasks.
In fresh water, the most effective use of drones is in winter when diving under ice, as well as during the spring and autumn. Visibility in fresh water is limited in summer. In salt water, the ability to use underwater drones is present all year round.
Drones are capable of diving to a depth of up to 100 meters and operating for 2 hours, transmitting information to the operator with the ability to transmit all received data to the operational headquarters or control center.
Underwater robots can reduce risks for personnel, as well as improve the quality and speed of work performed.
In addition to work in the field of security, underwater drones from DroneUA can be used to check the condition of underwater port structures, examine coastal structures, conduct inspections of the condition of ships, monitor the condition of underwater communications, and analyze the condition of dams and reservoirs.
