One of the world's largest manufacturers of drones for agricultural use begins sales on the Ukrainian market. The exclusive right to represent the interests of the XAG trademark and distribution rights were obtained by DroneUA.
XAG – is an agricultural robotics company founded in 2007, developing solutions for the application of crop protection products using drones and ground robots, as well as developing iot solutions for automating the work of agricultural enterprises.
XAG’s task in Ukraine – creation of an ecosystem of high-tech solutions and accessible infrastructure of service companies to provide services to Ukrainian farmers. There are hundreds of service centers operating in China that ensure reliable operation of equipment regardless of the regions in which drone sprayers are used; a similar approach will be implemented in Ukraine.
DroneUA, as an international integrator of unmanned technologies and robotics, already occupies 80% of the sprayer drone market in Ukraine and is the largest distributor of agricultural drones in Europe.
The first equipment presented in Ukraine are professional spraying drones of the XP series, as well as R150 ground robots
- In the first half of 2021, it is planned to open 7 regional centers for technical support for users of XAG equipment
- 600,000 hectares is the volume of planned work on the application of plant protection products in 2021 using XAG equipment.
- By 2024, XAG plans to cover up to 12% of the market for all pesticide application work in Ukraine, taking absolute leadership in the agrodrone segment already in 2021.
The DroneUA company, as an exclusive importer and distributor, is responsible for the development of a distribution network and the creation of training centers. The importer’s responsibilities also include local certification of equipment and communication with government agencies in the context of the development of the market for the use of drone sprayers in Ukraine.
