Due to team expansion, the company is looking for a Contact Centre Operator (Remote) — a specialist who will serve as the first point of contact between the client and the company. This role is for someone who can quickly understand tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of service in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- handling incoming and outgoing calls;
- providing consulting support to clients regarding the company’s products and services;
- processing orders and managing client inquiries;
- communicating with clients via chat and email;
- coordinating and forwarding requests to the appropriate departments;
- working with internal accounting and CRM systems;
- ensuring a high-quality customer experience at every stage of interaction.
Thisroleissuitablefor a professionalwho:
- has at least 6 months of experience in a contact center or customer support;
- has strong communication skills;
- can handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- takes their work seriously and follows through on commitments;
- is ready to quickly learn new products and processes;
- is confident using digital tools and online communication;
- is comfortable working remotely.
TheFollowingWouldBeanAdvantage
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency; fluent spoken English would be an advantage;
- experience working with CRM systems;
- analytical thinking and the ability to quickly find solutions in non-standard situations.
