DroneUA is a leader in the integration of robotic solutions and agricultural drones in Ukraine, an official partner of international brands. The company is currently scaling serial production of its own multifunctional robotic platform and is looking for a Head of Quality Control who will create a full-fledged system that guarantees stability, predictability, and compliance of products with the highest standards.
Areas of responsibility:
- Incoming inspection, deployment of a quality verification system for all components and materials;
- Line control, mandatory quality checks at every stage of the production process;
- Defect management, maintaining a defect log, rules for isolation or write-off of products;
- Analytics and improvement, analysis of technical errors, establishing feedback with suppliers;
- Tracking key quality indicators.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience building quality control and assurance processes in machinery manufacturing, microelectronics, or defense production;
- Ability to organize incoming inspection, checks on assembly lines, and product acceptance;
- Knowledge of drawings, technical documentation, and engineering protocols;
- High professional pride and readiness to argue for and defend standards;
- Discipline, independence of judgment, and speed of decision-making in critical situations.
