For over 13 years, the company has been building ecosystems that transform approaches to production and open new opportunities for the agro- and high-tech industries. The company is launching serial production of a multifunctional robotic platform and is looking for a leader to head the production process.
Areas of responsibility:
- Planning and coordinating product output;
- Establishing the daily production rhythm;
- Ensuring readiness of materials, components, and processes.
- Separating R&D work from serial production;
- Implementing standards, control points, and production regulations;
- Minimizing manual interventions, ensuring process predictability.
- Analyzing bottlenecks;
- Planning capacity development;
- Optimizing assembly, logistics, and resource use.
- Coordinating the work of engineers, assemblers, procurement, and quality control;
- Organizing production meetings;
- Ensuring effective interaction among all process participants.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience managing production of machinery, electromechanics, or mechanical engineering;
- Ability to build and scale production processes;
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and quality management systems;
- Experience working with technical documentation and drawings;
- Analytical thinking, organization, and accountability for results;
- Willingness to work directly on the production floor and make quick decisions.
