DroneUA is a leader in the integration of robotic solutions and agricultural drones in Ukraine, an official partner of international brands. The company is launching serial production of a multifunctional robotic platform and is looking for a head of procurement who will become the architect of the supply chain and build a production supply system from scratch.
Areas of responsibility:
- Consolidation of orders, creation of a transparent procurement accounting system;
- Reconciliation with engineering, control of compliance of ordered materials with technical specifications;
- Risk management, work with unique components, and approval of engineering substitutions;
- Building a system of approved suppliers, regular reconciliations, formation of a safety stock;
- Planning material requirements and logistics chains;
- Ensuring material readiness of the shop floor.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in procurement in industrial electronics, complex mechanics, or materials for equipment manufacturing;
- Experience launching production material supply processes from scratch;
- Ability to control delivery times, minimum batch sizes, and assess supplier risks;
- Experience working with technical documentation and tracking product version changes;
- Analytical thinking, high accuracy in working with data;
- Strong commercial skills and strict adherence to deadlines.
