Communication with customers is the key to business success. We are looking for a sales manager (agriculture) who will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the company's valuable customers.
Responsibilities:
- Selling equipment in the agriculture sector (B2B, B2C).
- Actively searching for new customers: farmers, agricultural enterprises, agricultural holdings.
- Conducting presentations, demonstrations, and consultations.
- Supporting customers from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Working in CRM and maintaining reports.
- Interacting with partners and suppliers (including English-speaking ones).
- Preparing primary documentation in the accounting system.
Requirements:
- Sales experience — 2-3 years — preferably in the agricultural sector.
- Knowledge and practical skills in working with accounting systems.
- Fluency in Ukrainian, confident knowledge of English (for communication with suppliers).
- Understanding of the agricultural market — a significant advantage.
- Confident user of PCs, office programs, and CRM.
- High level of communication skills, responsibility, and result-oriented.
- Category B driver's license — preferred.
