The 2026 season is shaping a new model of field management — integrated, digitalized, and strengthened through services. These themes were the focus of the “Agrarian Workshop 2026” conference, held in partnership with DroneUA. The event brought together agribusiness representatives, industry experts, and partners around the season’s key topic: the transition to comprehensive production management.

The discussions centered on the integration of technological solutions, digital monitoring, risk management, and the development of service models capable of ensuring farm stability amid rising costs and increasing climate volatility.

This season is highlighting a change in how the agricultural market operates. Crop protection, pest monitoring, disease forecasting, soil data management, and digital services can no longer operate independently. Efficiency comes from bringing these elements together into a single, coordinated management system.

For more than 11 years, DroneUA has been working to implement this model in Ukraine’s agricultural sector. The company consistently integrates robotic solutions, field data analytics, and digital operations management platforms into a unified infrastructure for agricultural production.

Before 2022, Ukraine ranked among the top 10 European countries in terms of the adoption of robotic solutions in agriculture. In 2021, Ukraine’s domestic agri-robotics market was larger than those of many European countries combined.

Practical use of agricultural drones has demonstrated the technology’s economic effectiveness: eliminating tramlines (technological tracks) can increase yields by 2–4% for spring crops and by up to 10% for tall crops. In many cases, the investment pays back within a single season — or even after just one or two applications.

A defining feature of Ukraine’s agricultural season is a short peak workload window. During this period, ensuring uninterrupted field operations is critical.

DroneUA has built a partner network of operators, established standards for precision application, and developed training and technical support systems that enable rapid response during peak demand and help minimize equipment downtime.

The ecosystem built around this approach turns field data into actionable management decisions, strengthens agronomic expertise with technology, and ensures greater control and predictability across production processes.

As part of “Agrarian Workshop 2026,” DroneUA provided conference participants with gift certificates toward the purchase of complete agricultural drone working kits. The initiative is aimed at expanding the practical adoption of unmanned technologies and developing Ukraine’s infrastructure for precision, controlled agricultural production.

The cooperation between DroneUA and Syngenta Ukraine is long-term and built on a shared vision for advancing the sector through the combination of agronomic expertise, digital solutions, and a service-driven model.

Participation in the conference continued this joint work to establish a systematic approach to agricultural production management — an approach that is increasingly shaping the competitiveness of Ukraine’s agricultural sector today.

DroneUA expresses its appreciation to Syngenta Ukraine for the partnership and for a shared commitment to the sector’s structured development, which lays the groundwork for the industry’s further digital transformation.
