DroneUA is an international systems integrator of unmanned technologies and one of the drivers of technological change in Ukraine’s agricultural sector. In partnership with XAG — a global leader in agricultural robotics — the company has already integrated solutions that are being used across millions of hectares of Ukrainian farmland.
As part of DroneUA’s expansion, we are seeking an XAG Brand Development Manager who will be responsible for systematically promoting and strengthening the brand’s position in the Ukrainian market.
About the Role
This is not a classic sales role, nor is it traditional marketing. This position is for a specialist who views the brand as a distinct business unit within the company, works at the intersection of product, market, sales, and communications, and understands how a technology brand scales in the market.
Area of Responsibility
Brand Development:
- developing the XAG brand in the Ukrainian market;
- shaping and strengthening the brand’s positioning;
- initiating marketing activities, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Sales and Market:
- responsibility for the sales volume of the brand’s products;
- working with the sales team to develop sales channels;
- developing the partnership and distribution model.
Product Management:
- helping the market understand the value of XAG technologies;
- preparing demo materials, case studies, and presentations for clients;
- managing demonstrations, product presentations, and implementation case studies.
Product Turnover:
- monitoring product turnover for the brand;
- managing inventory and planning;
- ensuring product movement through the market.
Role KPIs
- brand sales volume;
- development of sales channels;
- product turnover rate;
- brand recognition in the market.
