International Drone Day – unites drone lovers around the world, and on May 5 it will take place again in Ukraine.
The number of drones is increasing every day, unmanned technologies are developing and are already used in many industries — from video recording to rescue operations, inspection of strategic sites, monitoring of fields and industry.
Do you agree that Drones are good?!— This is the official motto of International Drone Day! It was founded by Sarah and David Oneal of "That Drone Show" fame. in 2015.

Every year, teams gather around the world to celebrate the day and show that drones can and should be used for good purposes. In 2017, the initiative was supported by more than 150 thousand pilots around the world.
«Drones have already become a full-fledged part of our lives, we see them every day, and it is very important that we all understand that drones – These are primarily peaceful technologies. That is why DroneUA is holding International Drone Day in Ukraine for the fourth time, uniting UAV operators from all over the country,” says Valery Yakovenko, co-founder of DroneUA
Ukraine joins the global movement for the fourth time. Last year, International Drone Day was celebrated in Chernigov. The event featured more than a thousand participants from all over the country. From Odessa to Transcarpathia, from hobbyists to leading Kyiv developers of unmanned systems working in the east.

The event is organized by: DroneUA, Ukrainian Association of DroneRacing, with the support of the official importer of DJI in Ukraine — Smart Trading company.
You will get acquainted with unmanned vehicles, take part in races and have fun. The event is open to both amateurs and professionals and companies representing unmanned vehicles.
