December 15, DroneUA took part in the annual agricultural forum organized by Orion Biotech. in Sumy.
Together with specialists from the companies “Imptorgservis”, “Maisadur”, “Orion Biotech”, as well as the Dnieper State Agrarian and Economic University, DroneUA discussed the implementation of innovative technologies in the agricultural sector, the possibility of using precision farming tools, as well as assessment work efficiency. A separate block of the conference was the report of Professor Sergei Mikhailovich Kramarov from the Dnieper State Agrarian-Economic University on the topic “The current state of soil fertility in Ukraine and systems for using fertilizers for various crops.”
«Unmanned technologies – one of the extremely important elements of the precision farming complex. This is the basis with which we can talk about field measurements, differentiated application of fertilizers and technologies for variable seeding rates. Separately, it is worth noting the increased efficiency of soil scanning technologies and the creation of soil maps. It is drone technology that allows us to begin to comprehensively implement precision farming technologies and save up to 20% on plant protection products or fuels and lubricants.” — says Alexey Tatarko, specialist in precision farming projects at DroneUA
