The DroneUA team, together with the Ukrainian delegation, had the honour to visit one of the world's most famous scientific centres - the University of Berkeley in California. This university is a unique place for cooperation between business and the scientific community, in particular, due to the highest concentration of Nobel laureates among its alumni and faculty. Berkeley symbolises the limitless possibilities of science, which are opened up by cutting-edge research and innovative approaches.
During the visit, the Ukrainian delegation had the opportunity to explore the campus, visit laboratories and discuss the potential for cooperation. The university has a great deal of trust in Ukrainian entrepreneurs and scientists, supporting ideas for cooperation and development. For DroneUA, this opens up prospects for interaction with the American academic community, which is critical for projects such as BEETLESS, which require the involvement of scientific resources and expert support from the US academic community.
The delegation also met with representatives of the Berkeley Business School, where academics and professors are actively researching the development of Ukrainian businesses and the market. It was a bilateral dialogue that allows for the development of new partnerships and joint business opportunities on both sides of the Atlantic.
For DroneUA, this visit was one of the key moments of the Ukrainian delegation's stay in California, strengthening ties between Ukrainian innovation projects and the US scientific community.
