Droneua took part in the training of operators of the border service of Ukraine
DroneUA took part in a 10-day training course for officers of operational and search units of the Chopsky, Mukachevo, Chernivtsi, Izmail border detachments and the Odesa maritime guard detachment on the basis of the Center for training the use and operation of unmanned aerial systems of the Main Personnel Training Center named after Major General Ihor Momot.
The training included performing aerial monitoring of the state border during the day and night. According to the results of the training, the border guards received permission to independently operate DJI Mavic Enterprise unmanned aerial vehicles of various modifications.
It is worth noting that the State Border Service of Ukraine received the batch of quadcopters as part of bilateral cooperation between the Administration of the State Border Service and the Embassy of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Ukraine with the support of DroneUA.
During the training, DroneUA specialists shared their skills and knowledge about the capabilities and tactical-technical characteristics of unmanned aerial vehicles. Much attention was also paid to the study of the content of the governing documents on the organization and execution of state aviation flights, the requirements of aeronautical, meteorological and ornithological flight support.
During the practical training, the staff acquired skills in controlling unmanned aerial vehicles, performing the tasks of searching, recognizing and accompanying objects during aerial reconnaissance.
According to the results of the training, the servicemen demonstrated a sufficient level of knowledge, skills and readiness to perform tasks related to aerial monitoring of the state border.
