The online publication AgroPortal.ua with the support of the State Institution “NMC for information and analytical support of the activities of higher educational institutions” “Agroosvita”, the association “Ukrainian Club of Agricultural Business”, the companies AgriLab and DroneUA announces the IV All-Ukrainian competition “Best agricultural practice 2018."
The goal of the project: to find out first-hand how students undergo practical training, whether they need the knowledge acquired in educational institutions for this, and also with what baggage they want to return to the student bench.
Conditions:
1. Students of agricultural educational institutions of all levels of accreditation are allowed to participate in the competition.
2. Submission format: video — material filmed on any filming device, or a logical photo sequence mounted in any program, time — up to 3 minutes, tongue — Ukrainian/Russian/English/German/other.
2.1. In the video, students must describe/show their production practice using elements of precision agriculture or other agricultural innovations.
2.2. There are no specific criteria by which the video should be shot.
2.3. The creativity of the video presentation will be assessed.
2.4. The location of the internship does not matter (Ukraine, abroad; field, office, greenhouse, university, etc.).
2.5. Group works are not accepted.
2.6. Provide one high-quality photo of the student — minimum size 695 x 450 pixels.
3. The edited video must be named, uploaded to YouTube and a link to it sent to agroportal.ua@gmail.com from July 16 to November 16, 2018 (inclusive). If there is no YouTube channel — no problem, send your video to the specified email, if selected, we will post the video on our channel.
4. Indicate in the letter your full name, contact phone number (for contact in case of winning), educational institution, course, faculty, place of internship.
5. When sending a letter, be sure to indicate your last name, first name and name of educational institution in the subject line.
Note. Letters that do not meet all of the competition conditions listed above will not be considered.
Stages of the competition
— Send your videos from July 16 to November 16, 2018 (inclusive) to: agroportal.ua@gmail.com.
— From November 19 to November 30, 2018, the editors will select the 10 best works, which will be published on December 3, 2018 in the “Competition” section. on the website AgroPortal.ua.
— From December 3 to December 30, 2018, online voting for the 10 best videos will take place on the AgroPortal.ua website.
— On January 2, 2019, the results will be summed up on the AgroPortal.ua website, the conditions and location of the award will be announced.
What awaits the winners
— 1st place — as a gift an Apple tablet from the main partner — AgriLab company.
— "Choosing a partner" — for two lucky winners the association "Ukrainian Agricultural Business Club" will provide a gift certificate for 5 thousand UAH for development.
— "Choosing a partner" — DroneUA will provide three participants with certificates for training in the specialty “UAV operator” with the possibility of further employment.
— "Choosing a partner" — "KVS-UKRAINE" will provide an opportunity for one of the competition participants to undergo an internship at the company, and students who take 1st-5th places will receive branded gifts.
