Who we are looking for

We are considering candidates with the following background and skills:

2+ years of experience in SMM or content management;
Understanding of the principles and specifics of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube;
Practical skills in photography and videography, including basic video editing (required);
Experience working with Meta Business Suite, Canva, VN, or CapCut;
Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Photoshop is a plus;
Ability to work with content structure: rubrics, content plans, and content series;
Portfolio or examples of previous work are desirable.

Main responsibilities

Working closely with copywriters, designers, PR managers, and other specialists;
Managing and developing DroneUA’s pages on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X: posting, profile setup, relevant links;
Creating content for social media, including video content and materials for YouTube;
Analyzing performance: working with analytics, preparing reports, and evaluating content effectiveness;
Participating in company events, trips, and shoots, creating on-site content (interviews, stories, behind-the-scenes, events).
