DroneUA is inviting a Brand Development Manager to join the team — a role focused on representing modern technological solutions in Ukraine. For over 11 years, the company has been working with technologies that transform industries, adapting them to real business needs and making them accessible to the Ukrainian market. This role is not about traditional sales or marketing with extended responsibilities. It is a position for a specialist who thinks in terms of turnover, product movement, and measurable results, works within a distribution model, and collaborates with the sales team on a partner-driven basis.

The scope of responsibilities will include:

·       managing multiple DroneUA brands in the Ukrainian market;

·       building and developing brands across sales channels (B2B / B2C / B2G);

·       influencing pricing strategy, product assortment, promotional activities, and budget decisions;

·       monitoring inventory levels and turnover velocity;

·       developing partner relationships with distributors;

·       initiating collaborations, presentations, and brand-boosting activities;

·       strengthening brand recognition within the technology and industrial ecosystems.

Key Performance Indicators:

·       brand revenue as the primary KPI;

·       achievement of sales targets;

·       efficiency of inventory management;

·       overall impact of DroneUA brands on the market.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

·       at least 3 years of experience in a similar or related role;

·       a mindset of a brand owner rather than a task executor;

·       ability to balance strategy (~60%) with hands-on operational work (~40%);

·       strong collaboration skills across multiple teams and accountability for results;

·       focus on speed, efficiency, and tangible business impact.
