Ukrainian entrepreneurs have become an integral part of the US economy. A study conducted by ISE – Innovation Startup Entrepreneurship, in collaboration with the Ukrainian American Chamber of Commerce & Industry, revealed that 45,000 companies founded by Ukrainians generate $60 billion in annual revenue, have created 300,000 jobs, and contribute around $8 billion in taxes each year.

In particular, Valerii Iakovenko, co-founder of DroneUA / Futurology Tech, opened a production office in Pennsylvania in 2023 — Futurology Tech — thereby expanding Ukrainian business operations into the US.

“It’s about fostering a culture of innovation: new service teams, new jobs, and bringing young people back to rural areas. It’s as significant a leap forward as the transition from push-button phones to smartphones”, — Valerii Iakovenko shared in an interview with the publication.
