DroneUA — on the jury of the national competition Agro Champions.
Online publication AgroPortal.ua in partnership with the association "Ukrainian Agricultural Business Club" (UCAB) together with the UCABevent agency the day before as part of a large-scale field event — UCAB Agricultural Technologies — held an awards ceremony for the winners of the Agro Champions 2019 award.
The winners of the Agro Champions award were determined based on the assessments of the Expert Council, which included companies specializing in the search and assessment of senior executives, international organizations, audit companies, consulting and resource companies that operate in the agricultural market of Ukraine or concern him.
The expert council assessed managers on a 60-point scale according to the following criteria (each criterion was assessed with a maximum score of 20 points):
&bul; qualifications (experience, soft skills, market demand);
&bul; reputation (trust in the market);
&bul; efficiency (the results of the manager’s activities as part of the company’s performance results, the introduction of innovations, transparency in work).
The long list of the Agro Champions 2019 award rating includes top managers of companies whose land bank exceeds 10 thousand hectares.
