Agriculture is rapidly entering a phase of digitalization and robotization, meaning that the efficiency of agribusiness management directly depends on companies' ability to implement modern technological solutions and adapt to global challenges. As a systems integrator of cutting-edge technologies and a driver of qualitative changes, DroneUA participates in key industry events, pursuing its strategy of sharing expertise and identifying future trends in the development of the agri-tech market.
On September 4, the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club Association, together with UCABevent agency, held the XVI International Conference “Effective Management of Agrocompanies” (LFM). The event gathered over 400 top managers, investors, and industry innovators who dedicated the day to discussing challenges and solutions for the sustainable development of the agricultural sector.
At the center of the discussions was the new reality of agribusiness, where traditional approaches give way to innovative methods of agricultural management. Industry experts discussed the pace of European integration, the need to adapt management models, and how to balance the demands of the global market with local company interests.

DroneUA joined the conference as part of the panel discussion "AgriTech Talks: a New Era of the Agroindustry", moderated by Nataliya Mykolska, Executive Director of Diia.City United.
Speakers included:
- Anatolii Bezoliuk, Head of Agri-Direction, DroneUA, XAG;
- Denys Bashlyk, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine;
- Andrii Pyshyi, CIO, KERNEL;
- Roman Yavorskyi, Commercial Director, IT-Enterprise;
- Kyrylo Naumenko, CTO, GigaCloud.
During the panel, Anatolii BezoLiuk outlined strategic directions for the development of agribusiness, which shape the implementation of modern agricultural technologies. Agri-drones have already become a key tool in agricultural production, demonstrating productivity comparable to traditional ground-based equipment. The Ukrainian market, which has grown rapidly under complex current conditions, has emerged as a global leader in the scale and pace of unmanned technology adoption. Future evolution will focus on differentiated application of crop protection agents and fertilizers, integration of artificial intelligence algorithms into agroscouting, the formation of new water management standards through “smart” irrigation, and the development of complex field management ecosystems. In the near future, the interaction of drones with sensors, satellite data, and Internet of Things infrastructure will define new standards of efficiency in the agricultural sector.

The expert emphasized:“The true effect of agri-drones is only possible with a systemic approach. Farmers’ awareness of all the nuances of UAV use and the preparation of qualified personnel play a crucial role.”
Understanding the importance of professional training and being one of the main initiators of modern changes in agricultural education, DroneUA actively cooperates with Ukrainian universities. To date, over 14 educational labs have been established in partner higher education institutions, where students can study, research, and practice the application of modern agri-technologies, combining IT skills with agricultural specializations.

Thus, participation in the XVI International Conference “Effective Management of Agrocompanies” (LFM) highlights DroneUA’s consistency in shaping new standards of agricultural production. The company is systematically implementing its strategy of drone technology integration, AI algorithm development, and workforce training — laying the foundation for strengthening food security and securing Ukraine’s position among the leading players in the global agricultural market.
