On June 16, in Vinnitsa, DroneUA held a presentation of unmanned equipment that the company uses to provide geodesy services. DroneUA specialists spoke to representatives of state-owned enterprises from all over Ukraine, which are included in the scope of the State GeoCadastre, and introduced them to the features of innovative solutions and tools for constructing orthophotomaps and digital elevation models.
The meeting was held with the support of the State GeoCadastre of Ukraine, the Main Directorate of the State GeoCadastre in the Vinnitsa region, the Main Institute of Land Management “Vinnitsa Research and Design Institute of Land Management”.
One of the main directions of DroneUA is operational cartography, which was the subject of the presentation at the meeting.

Creating orthomosaics
DroneUA specialists have experience in photogrammetric image processing to construct high-quality orthophotomaps. When performing this type of work, accuracy requirements are met, the result is presented in the coordinate system required by the customer.

Drone.UA cooperates with certified specialists throughout Ukraine and provides a full range of services for creating topographic plans at scales 1:500, 1:2000, 1:5000 on a turnkey basis. Data collection for land inventory
DroneUA teams collect data for inventory, which includes preparatory, topographic-geodetic and office work. An important factor when performing this type of work is the ability to document information about real estate objects and the ability to check the source data at any time.

The main tools in working with the construction of orthophotomaps and the provision of geodesy services are aircraft-type drones: PD 1900, which is a development of DroneUA and has been widely used in Ukraine for more than 3 years..
In small areas, it is advisable to use multi-rotor platforms: Phantom 4 Pro, Inspire 2 with a Zenmuse X5s camera, Matrice 600 with a Sony Alpha 7R camera. The choice of one or another type of equipment depends on the tasks being solved. For photogrammetric data processing, the company's specialists use the professional software product Pix4D Pro, which allows you to quickly process data from a drone, perform quality control of the work performed, as well as manual editing at all key stages.
