DroneUA took part in the first agro master class on drone flights from DJI, NEW PILOT EXPERIENCE 2017.
On September 23, as part of the largest agricultural exhibition of the season, AgroExpo, free drone flight training was held for everyone. More than 100 participants were able to try themselves as pilots and get acquainted with unmanned technologies.
Invited experts from DroneUA, the largest integrator of unmanned technologies in Ukraine, told guests about their own experience of using DJI equipment to provide services in agriculture.
The master class was called New Pilot Experience — This is an event format for the international drone manufacturer DJI, a presentation of new unmanned innovative equipment, and an introduction to new drone models.
The event was organized for guests and exhibitors by the global drone manufacturer DJI and the official distributor of DJI in Ukraine, Smart Trading.
During the event, guests got acquainted with the capabilities of unmanned technologies and the latest products in the drone market. Particular attention was paid to the use of DJI drones in the agricultural sector.
The exhibition format featured new DJI drones — Spark and Mavic along with Goggles video glasses, the famous Phantom series drones and more professional equipment like Inspire and Matrice.
The master class consisted of two parts — lectures and practical classes.
During the classroom part, all visitors were told about the principles and features of working with drones, safety precautions and the regulatory framework of Ukraine in this segment.
During practical flights, participants were able to learn how to fly drones and consolidate theoretical knowledge, and attentive and enterprising guests took part in a quiz and won prizes from DJI.
As a result of the event, guests and participants of AgroExpo received not only experience in using UAVs in agriculture, but also skills in the safe use of drones and became familiar with the norms of the legislative framework.
