Drone.UA the operator was the first to use drones to inspect base stations and telecommunication antennas.

Previously, human resources were used to conduct visual inspections and check the technical condition of objects. The use of drones will allow us to reach a new level in network planning and modification. Among the tasks that can be delegated to technology — inspection of new construction sites for network planning and development, planning of radio relay intervals, visual confirmation of the presence/absence of damage on the feeder route.

The quality of object analysis using unmanned aerial vehicles allows for a comprehensive assessment of the condition of the equipment thanks to high-resolution cameras, optical and thermal sensors that the drones are equipped with. Data from them is transmitted in real time to drone operators and uploaded to cloud storage for further study by Intertelecom specialists.

Based on the data obtained, detailed 3D models of structures are built, allowing you to analyze any plane of the antennas both for carrying out operational work and for recording changes and planning.

«One of the tasks of Drone.UA — make technology more accessible. We strive to ensure that drones are perceived not only as toys or military objects, but to make many processes in our everyday lives easier. Facilities inspection is exactly the area where we can do this. We are pleased to cooperate with Intertelecom, as it corresponds to our vision of the overall concept of using drones, — saidco-founder of Drone.UA company Valery Yakovenko.

«We strive to make maximum use of modern technologies in all aspects of our activities, — emphasized the General Director of the company "Intertelecom" Boris Akulov— Drones are already successfully used to perform similar tasks in many countries around the world, and Intertelecom became a pioneer in this field in Ukraine."
