Роботизація клієнтського сервісу: як PUDU допомагає бізнесу оптимізувати повторювані процеси

The service industry is facing a new reality: customers expect fast, high-quality, and personalized experiences, while businesses operate amid staff shortages and increasing operational pressure on teams.

In this environment, the key challenge is not simply increasing the number of employees, but optimizing how working time is allocated. Which tasks require expertise, communication, and decision-making — and which repetitive operations can be automated?

This is where service robotics becomes a powerful tool for business process optimization — not by replacing people, but by allowing teams to focus on tasks where human involvement creates the greatest value.

PUDU robotic solutions help automate a range of repetitive service operations, including customer greeting, space navigation, guiding visitors to specific areas, service presentations, and providing informational assistance.

These solutions act as an additional communication and operational tool, helping businesses standardize basic processes, reduce staff workload, and maintain a consistent level of service throughout the entire working day.

Thanks to intelligent navigation, sensor systems, and spatial recognition algorithms, robots can adapt to dynamic environments, move safely among people, and operate without major changes to existing infrastructure.

As part of a service robotics testing initiative, the DroneUA team, together with the ATL auto service network, evaluated the integration of the PUDU BellaBot Pro robot into real customer service workflows.

During a full working shift, the robot operated in the service center and performed recurring customer interaction scenarios:

  • greeting customers;
  • presenting available services and products;
  • guiding visitors to the required areas;
  • helping optimize navigation within the space.

This approach allows employees to spend less time on routine operational tasks and focus more on activities that require professional expertise: consultations, diagnostics, handling complex requests, and building high-quality customer interactions.

The result: a new model of human–technology collaboration. Integrating service robotics enables businesses to:

  • optimize repetitive customer service scenarios;
  • reduce operational workload on teams;
  • ensure consistent quality of basic processes;
  • create an additional communication channel with visitors;
  • scale service operations without a proportional increase in routine tasks.

The key value of these solutions is not replacing human work, but creating effective collaboration between people and technology. Robots take over predictable, repetitive operations, while teams gain more opportunities to focus on customer relationships and service development.

The PUDU BellaBot Pro implementation case at the ATL service center demonstrates how robotics is gradually becoming part of modern business operating models. Autonomous solutions help optimize processes, improve service quality, and make better use of human potential.

We thank the ATL team for their openness to innovation and for jointly exploring new models of customer service. Practical cases like this help demonstrate how robotics can be integrated into real business processes and create additional value.
