Working on one’s feet for up to 10 hours a day under constant physical strain is not an occasional challenge, but a continuous operational reality in warehouse logistics. As a result, employees accumulate a wide range of physiological issues that, over time, can prevent them from performing their work fully and without pain.
Hypershell exoskeletons help support the body where it begins to weaken prematurely. These innovative solutions are designed to enhance human potential safely and intelligently. Powered by artificial intelligence, the exoskeletons reduce physical strain by up to 30% and enable more efficient movement of goods.
This was demonstrated in practice by employees of TM “RUD”, who tested two exoskeleton models during a full working day: the Hypershell X Pro and the Hypershell X Carbon, both of which offer key advantages:
· up to 40% greater movement support;
· up to 30% less physical strain;
· real-time AI motion adaptation;
· support for multiple activity modes;
· a mobile application for control.
The Hypershell X Pro is made from aluminium alloys and composite materials and weighs up to 2 kilograms. The solution is ideal for active use and for navigating challenging terrain. Its AI adaptation analyses the user’s gait every second and instantly makes baseline adjustments. As a result, walking, stair climbing, and moving across uneven terrain are no longer a challenge.

In the case of warehouse workers, the Hypershell X Pro helped them move more easily and almost completely offset the weight of the product boxes they have to carry and load every day.
The Hypershell X Carbon exoskeleton is made of carbon fibre and high-tech composites, making it lighter than the X Pro model and well suited for intensive workloads.
Its advanced adaptation to micromovements and body dynamics allows for a more effective reduction of strain on the legs and back, which was also confirmed by warehouse workers after testing. According to them, the X Carbon provides greater unloading of the pelvic area, helping to minimise strain on the legs and lower back.
An additional challenge for the Hypershell exoskeletons was the temperature environment. Workers can spend up to half of their shift in warehouses where temperatures reach -20°C. Under such conditions, for example, an average smartphone battery may drain up to three times faster.
By contrast, the Hypershell X Pro and Hypershell X Carbon are equipped with Anti-Cold batteries that can operate in temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C. In maximum HYPER mode, which provides up to 100% support, these solutions can operate for 3 to 3.5 hours without additional charging. In ECO mode, which is best suited for movement on flat surfaces and provides up to 60% support, they can operate for up to 6 hours.
Thus, Hypershell exoskeletons provide weightless support for the body. This is especially important in logistics, where not only the speed of processes matters, but also the person performing them. Hypershell exoskeletons help preserve this human resource by reducing physical exhaustion and adapting the working environment to the capabilities of the employee.
For business, this is a practical opportunity to create a comfortable and safe environment that can help increase efficiency and attract experienced employees, particularly those in the 50+ age category.
DroneUA continues to integrate innovative solutions into everyday work in order to transform the capabilities of the human body into scientific progress. Robotic technologies are no longer the future, but an established present that is being integrated into all areas of business.
DroneUA thanks TM “RUD” for its willingness to explore new technologies and improve working conditions for its employees. This is a confident step towards the sustainable development of corporate technological culture.
