DroneUA is an international company shaping the market for agricultural technologies and innovative solutions in the fields of robotics, 3D printing, energy, and digital platforms. The company operates at the intersection of engineering, agribusiness, and unmanned solutions, implementing technologies that are already transforming how work is conducted in the fields and within business processes.
Due to the expansion of this business area, the company is seeking a Project Manager who will serve as a key link between vendors, marketing, sales, and service, driving business results through timely and effective solutions. The role covers the Ukrainian and U.S. markets and involves working with DroneUA’s brand portfolio: agricultural equipment, 3D printers, robots, and other areas, with plans to expand the portfolio further.
Area of Responsibility
Vendors:
- communication regarding products, updates, and terms of cooperation
- providing marketing support and materials
- maximizing partnerships and access to new products
Sales:
- supporting the team in achieving high sales
- creating joint solutions to close deals
- coordinating teamwork and ensuring accountability for results
Marketing and Brand Development:
- defining strategic promotion directions
- participating in the launch of marketing activities, presentations, and demonstrations
- working with brands across various markets and sales channels
Customer Service and Experience:
- coordinating post-purchase customer support
- monitoring service quality and user experience
Candidate Requirements
- experience in project management and vendor relations
- willingness to take responsibility for financial results and KPIs
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and make decisions quickly
- english proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- willingness to work dynamic hours: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, with possible meetings outside regular hours
- strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a systematic approach
