DroneUA is a company systematically developing the agrotechnology market in Ukraine by implementing solutions at the intersection of agricultural drones, robotic systems, and precision farming. One of the company’s key areas of activity is the creation of a “smart” agricultural production process, where irrigation systems are integrated into a unified technological infrastructure for the farm.
In connection with the development of this area, the company is inviting a Specialist in Automated Irrigation Systems to join the team. This specialist will work with XAG solutions and provide technical support to clients during system implementation, launch, and operation.
Areas of Responsibility
- traveling to client sites throughout Ukraine;
- configuring automated irrigation systems in accordance with technical specifications;
- commissioning systems - from installation to full operational readiness;
- diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions;
- conducting user training;
- providing post-implementation client support: consultations and technical assistance;
- liaising with the manufacturer on technical issues and complex cases;
- working with equipment in combination with other technologies: agricultural drones and ground-based robotic systems;
- participating in the implementation of comprehensive solutions for “smart” agricultural production.
This role is ideal for a professional who:
- holds a Class B driver’s license and is willing to travel for work;
- understands how electromechanical systems operate;
- has a basic understanding of remote control systems;
- is confident working with Android-based devices;
- is skilled with hand tools;
- is willing to work in field conditions and with real equipment;
- is focused on hands-on work rather than exclusively office-based tasks.
The following would be an advantage:
- technical education;
- experience working with irrigation systems or in the agricultural sector;
- experience in troubleshooting and modular repairs;
- English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation.
