We are currently looking for energetic colleagues with excellent communication skills to fill the position of Customer Service Manager.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Ukrainian (spoken and written).
  • Confident PC user, preferably with experience working with CRM.
  • Ability to quickly assess situations and make decisions independently.
  • Experience in customer service or a contact center would be an advantage.
  • Friendliness, responsibility, initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing advice to customers on products and services, as well as customer service.
  • Making outgoing calls for the purpose of: clarifying order details, processing the “cold” customer base, making follow-up calls (after-sales service, feedback).
  • Processing inquiries on social media and responding to emails.
  • Processing orders and requests received through the website.

Would be a plus

  • Experience with CRM systems for customer database management and inquiry processing. 
  • Skills in using modern telephony and work communication platforms.
  • Ability to effectively handle objections and resolve conflict situations. 
  • Previous experience in customer service or contact center work.

Working conditions:

  • Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with the possibility of remote shifts from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (1-2 times a week) Weekend shifts are scheduled in advance.
