DroneUA is developing a technological ecosystem where accounting, analytics, and management solutions function as a unified system.

For this reason, we are strengthening our team with a Database Administrator (DBA) — MS SQL + Azure, who will become a key technical specialist within the group’s internal IT architecture and ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of accounting systems.

This role is designed for a specialist who thinks in terms of infrastructure, works responsibly with data, and understands the impact of their work on business processes.

Area of Responsibility

• Administration, monitoring, optimization, and maintenance of databases in MS SQL Server and Azure SQL environments;

• Backup and recovery operations, index management, performance tuning, migrations, and database reorganization;

• Maintenance and support of BAS environments, ensuring data integrity and structural accuracy;

• Configuration and support of data exchange between configurations and external systems;

• Performance analysis, identification of inefficient configurations, and optimization of accounting systems;

• Administration of users, roles, and access rights, and integration into the corporate IT infrastructure;

• User consultation and support of working environments;

• Oversight of information security and compliance with access policies;

• Documentation of system changes, accounting policy approvals, incidents, and improvement proposals.

Key Competencies

• Practical experience in MS SQL Server administration;

• Understanding of and experience with Microsoft Azure / Azure SQL;

• Experience administering users, roles, and access rights;

• Experience working with BAS environments, with an understanding of data structures and accounting mechanisms;

• Skills in analyzing system performance and accounting process logic;

• Analytical thinking, a systematic approach, and attention to detail.

Will Be an Advantage

• Experience administering Azure SQL Database / Azure Virtual Machines;

• Experience integrating BAS with CRM systems, external services, or Power BI;

• Understanding of management accounting principles and reporting processes;

• Experience with automation and DevOps practices (PowerShell, Azure CLI).
