The Ukrainian agri-sector is showing rapid growth, which necessitates the continuous integration of innovative technologies and the use of new approaches, where education plays a key role. Understanding the importance of adapting educational programs to market demands, DroneUA is initiating training for agricultural drone operators in collaboration with state universities.
Within the framework of the USAID "Dream and Act" program, the company continues to support the strengthening of the domestic agri-sector with qualified young professionals by modernizing educational programs. By creating opportunities to master cutting-edge technologies, students at the Poltava Center for Vocational and Technical Education of the State Employment Service (CPTOS) will be able to acquire the in-demand profession of agricultural drone operator in just a few months, with no age restrictions. After obtaining their qualification, young specialists can apply for positions in agroholdings and companies, earning around 60,000-80,000 hryvnias per month during the fieldwork season.
The importance of such educational initiatives is especially highlighted in light of the rapid changes in the agri-sector, which is one of the key sectors for the Ukrainian economy. Therefore, training with agricultural drones becomes an integral part of preparing future professionals for real working conditions in agribusiness.
Collaboration with universities and the launch of educational programs is another step by DroneUA towards an innovative future for Ukrainian agribusiness.
