DJI Care Refresh is a service plan that gives you peace of mind and covers damage to your DJI product. DJI Care Refresh is valid for 12 months and offers up to two full replacements at an additional cost if your product is accidentally damaged during normal use. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a device that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

No more than 48 hours have passed since activation or the device has not yet been activated

After successful activation, you will receive a service agreement by email.
1. Does DJI Care Refresh have international coverage?
DJI Care Refresh only works within one country. DJI Care Refresh and the corresponding device must be purchased in the same country. If DJI CARE or the device was purchased in another country, then service is not provided in Ukraine.
2. How can I benefit from DJI Care Refresh?
The device's serial number will pair with DJI Care Refresh. You can contact Drone.UA for a replacement.
3. If I replace my Mavic 2 gimbal, is it possible to use DJI Care Refresh?
Maybe. DJI Care Refresh allows customers to replace their Mavic 2 gimbal. One DJI Care Refresh service covers two replacement gimbals per year.
The replacement service covers the drone, gimbal, battery and propellers. Once your Mavic 2 gimbal is replaced by a DJI authorized repair center, the system will automatically update the replacement product's serial number.
4. Is it possible to exchange the Mavic 2 Pro gimbal for a Mavic 2 Zoom gimbal using the DJI Care Refresh service program?
No. DJI Care Refresh does not replace your gimbal with a gimbal from another drone. But it is possible to apply for this service separately. DJI Care Refresh will only replace the same gimbal that came with your respective product. For example, if you send in a Mavic 2 Pro, we will only replace it with the Mavic 2 Pro Gimbal.
5. How long does it take to replace?
Replacement is carried out within 14 days from the date of request.
6. Is it possible to buy DJI Care at Drone.UA if the drone was purchased elsewhere?
No you can not. The drone must be purchased from Drone.UA
7. How do I purchase DJI Care Refresh for my Inspire 2?
The DJI Care Refresh warranty plan is available separately for the Inspire 2, Zenmuse X4S, Zenmuse X5S and Zenmuse X7 cameras. If you purchased more than one camera, DJI Care Refresh can be purchased for each camera.
