Ukrainian agribusiness continues to work tirelessly under any circumstances in search of effective tools that will ensure the stability of the national economy and facilitate the rapid implementation of innovative technologies. In the 2024 season, Ukraine's agricultural sector faced new challenges, leading to new strategies, bold decisions, and ideas.
In these conditions, the cooperation between government representatives, entrepreneurs, market experts, and scientists has intensified even more. Therefore, to develop effective interaction, leading specialists gathered at the largest two-day forum in Ukraine in the fields of cultivation, storage, processing, logistics, and trading of agricultural products - the Grain Storage Forum + AGRO UKRAINE SUMMIT, which took place on May 28-29 in Kyiv.
Modern technologies that enhance safety and the level of automation of production processes, reduce costs and the need for human resources, and digitalize operations are becoming increasingly relevant.
Therefore, DroneUA presented new robotic technologies, including aerial and ground agrodrones, autopilot systems, solutions for instant soil and leaf mass monitoring, and technologies for energy security.
For the first time in Ukraine, DroneUA presented the Unitree robot dog, which performs various inspections and area surveys, as it is equipped with a built-in camera and can be fitted with additional sensors and a LiDAR.
Additionally, farmers became more acquainted with the XAG robotic solutions ecosystem:
- The most powerful agdrone on the European market, the XAG P100 Pro, which has already demonstrated high spraying productivity (up to 28 ha/hour) in the fields of the country's leading agricultural holdings and can be equipped with a replaceable platform for applying granular materials (up to 1300 kg/hour). Moreover, the XAG P100 Pro model has a differential application function, which is extremely effective during localized treatments.
- The most popular sprayer drone on the Ukrainian market, the XAG V40, which stands out for its mobility and ease of use, especially on the lands of small and medium-sized farms.
- The XAG AutoPilot Console APC1 autopilot system, which allows farmers to save a huge amount of resources and increase the productivity of each hectare by guiding machinery with an accuracy of up to 1 cm and avoiding overlaps or misses.
- The updated ground robot for horticulture and vegetable farming, the XAG R150 2022, which changes its configuration for spraying, grass trimming, and transporting loads.
Today, energy security is a particular need for any Ukrainian business.
