The DroneUA company group team conducted a training course on piloting agro-drones for specialists from the Professional Technical Education Centers of the State Employment Service from Lviv, Rivne, and Poltava. The comprehensive training took place at the XAG Innovation Academy at NUBiP.
With the support of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, which operates in Ukraine on projects such as public administration reform, sustainable economic development, energy efficiency, and climate change mitigation, the centers received the flagship XAG V40 drone sprayers.
The initiative aims to modernize and update training programs according to market needs. With the support of international organizations, the state's professional technical education course is realized by mastering advanced technologies. And robotics, as a direction, occupies one of the important places.
By expanding the range of competencies of teachers and students at Professional Technical Education Centers, DroneUA, along with partners, launches the process of increasing the labor market's competitiveness in regions, creating new opportunities and motivation for local youth.
The reconstruction of Ukraine and the shaping of its better high-tech future begins with quality training of professionals in synergy with global trends and developments.
Over the past years, Ukraine's achievements in using robotics in agriculture on a global level demonstrated the profound practical skills of Ukrainians. The constant increase in demand for drone sprayers, the deliberate interest of agricultural producers in unmanned solutions, and the introduction of new models of agro-robots increase the need for professional workers.
Together with partners, state institutions, and public organizations, the DroneUA company group works to improve Ukraine's agriculture and modernize the educational process in the country's remotest corners.
