DroneUA won in the nomination "Best technological solution for business" of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (UUP) Award — an annual award for the best Ukrainian entrepreneurs, which celebrates breakthrough practices of the national business.
At a solemn award ceremony held on December 7, XAG spraying drones, presented on the Ukrainian market by DroneUA, were recognized as the #1 technological solution among other applicants.
The year 2021 showed a sharp increase in the demand for the introduction of PPE by drones. Further, the market will only grow: 4-5 times every year for the next 5 years. This year in Ukraine, about 1 million fields were treated with agricultural drones from DroneUA, which made it possible to increase the yield by 105 thousand tons, save 295 thousand tons of water, reduce the use of pesticides by 617 thousand tons, and create 1.2 thousand new jobs . The use of drones makes it possible to avoid soil compaction during technological operations due to the lack of technological tracks. And in the conditions of climate change, it also reduces the carbon footprint of agriculture — compared to traditional technology, drones use 20 times less gasoline.
Along with this, DroneUA was included in the short list of contenders for the "Breakthrough of the Year" nomination, where it was placed on par with "Nova Poshta" and two more business giants of Ukraine!
