The DroneUA group of companies has joined the charitable initiative "Crimean Front," which was founded by public and spiritual leaders of the Crimean Tatar people to provide humanitarian aid in the frontline areas and assist those affected by the war across the entire territory of Ukraine. For the DroneUA team, the decision to initiate this partnership carries deep symbolic significance, as it is connected to the national heritage of Fevzi Ametov, co-founder and managing partner of the group of companies.
"Today, more than ever, we value our lineage and history. The journey of the Crimean Tatar people has been arduous, and now we must remain united and loyal to our traditions as well as to our Ukrainian state. Therefore, supporting the 'Crimean Front' is yet another step toward being closer to our native Crimea. Personally, I take pride in being a part of the Crimean Tatar people, living, developing businesses, and contributing to Ukraine's victory," commented Fevzi Ametov.
The "Crimean Front" initiative commenced its activities in 2014, but it wasn't until 2023 that civic activists formed a public association comprising representatives of Crimea's indigenous peoples. The founders include leaders of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, the Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of Crimea, the National Welfare Fund of Crimea, and the ASTEM Foundation. To enhance the public representation of the Crimean Tatar community, businesses with a Crimean history have also joined the partnership, such as the "Qirim.media" project, the "Musafir" restaurant network, the family cafe "Bakhchisarai. Taste of Crimea," "Cheburek.ua" Crimean Tatar cuisine, and others.
"We have been working since 2014, but there was no name at that time. The events of February 2022 compelled us to coordinate and intensify our efforts. Currently, we have ongoing humanitarian projects involving the evacuation of citizens, assistance with rehabilitation and medical treatment, provision of food products, supply of ambulance vehicles, autonomous electric generators, and more. Each new partner of the initiative represents an additional opportunity to do more good deeds and help those who critically need it. So, we welcome cooperation with DroneUA and invite everyone who shares our common values to join," noted Felix Karayev, co-coordinator of the "Crimean Front" initiative.
On behalf of the DroneUA team, gratitude is expressed for the active civic stance and the significant contribution that the "Crimean Front" makes on the path to victory. Therefore, we continue to move forward together, aiming to do even more good deeds. Our strength lies in our unity.
