Today, the use of drones is one of the most productive solutions for agriculture. They are able to receive up-to-date information about the state of the field and analyze it dynamically, to process plants on complex topography, on tall crops, and on wet soil. The technology of ultra-low-volume application allows to reduce the consumption of drugs by up to 30% and helps to avoid wasting water resources by 95%.
DroneUA demonstration service crews performed demonstrative introduction of PPE with XAG drones, conducting desiccation on the fields of Ukrlandfarming in the Poltava region.
Interest in the technology of application of pesticides by drones arises not only among small and medium-sized farmers, but also among the largest agricultural producers of Ukraine. The economy, which allows you to get an additional 6% of the harvest due to the absence of technological tracks, can be scaled to the entire cultivated land bank of large enterprises.
DroneUA specialists proved the performance of XAG XP2020 in field conditions, taking into account the realities in which Ukrainian agricultural producers work. Automatic execution of planned missions with input quality control was carried out.
Brief characteristics of the equipment:
XAG XP2020 from DroneUA with 7 m grip and 20 l working solution tank can process up to 18 ha per hour. Two batteries included in the standard kit are enough for cyclic operation of the drone. XAG XP2020 can operate in swarm mode, when up to five drones are controlled by one operator.
The drone provides autonomous operation on any terrain and performs application with centimeter accuracy due to RTK technology.
Conditions for performance of work:
The application was carried out in the Poltava region under cloudy weather conditions, temperature 14 degrees, wind 4 m/s.
Carrying out desiccation:
The drugs Reglon - Syngenta and Alfa-diquat - Alfa Smart Agro were applied by drone.
During testing, XAG XP2020 confirmed the technical characteristics declared by the manufacturer. The drone demonstrated high performance and continuous operation in autonomous mode.
The use of XAG technologies from DroneUA can be applied to the enterprise's land bank of 500+ thousand hectares, which will create more than 200 jobs in the field of high-tech service operations in agriculture
