Our company is actively expanding, so we are currently looking for an Alternative Energy Development Manager to handle customer relations and communication.  

What you will need to do:  

  • Developing partnerships with companies that specialize in the sale and installation of solar stations and stationary energy solutions.  
  • Search for new customers among installers, negotiate and conclude partnership contracts.  
  • Coordination of cooperation with professional electricians from the EcoFlow Installers community.  
  • Developing a training program for installers.  
  • Preparation of comparative materials, presentations, technical and commercial proposals for customers.  
  • Conducting presentations, participating in marketing events, participating in the preparation of advertising campaigns for promotion.  
  • Quality control of the business process of selling installation services: coordinating the work of Robotics Distribution installers, monitoring the maintenance of the service level at the proper level, collecting feedback and customer NPS.  
  • Planning the development of the direction, reporting on the results of work in the direction.  

Our expectations:  

  • At least 1 year of experience in the field of alternative (renewable) energy.  
  • Systematization of work with system installation partners and certified outsourcing specialists.  
  • Qualitative expansion of the customer base.  
  • Multiple growth in sales of stationary EcoFlow systems, increase in market share and fulfillment of the manufacturer's plans.  
  • Setting up project work to control the quality of services.  
  • Ability to deal with technical information, basic understanding of how similar equipment works and interest in gaining expert knowledge.  
  • Communication skills, ability to conduct complex negotiations, argumentation skills, presentation skills.  
  • Motivation to work for results, willingness to learn, readiness for active and multitasking work.  
  • Confident user of PC, MS Office, 1C, CRM, Google Workspace.
